Start a voice memo from your home screen

How to set it up

1. Long press on an empty area of your home screen until the icons jiggle.
2. Tap the + button in the top left corner.
3. Search for Whisper Memos.
4. Choose the small widget and tap Add Widget.
5. Place it wherever you like and tap Done.

How it works

Tapping the widget launches Whisper Memos and immediately starts recording. No extra taps, no menus. It's like having a dedicated record button on your phone.

Place it on your main home screen for the fastest possible access.
