Record voice memos from your lock screen

How to set it up

1. Long press on your iPhone lock screen until it enters edit mode.
2. Tap Customize, then select the lock screen.
3. Tap the widget area below the clock.
4. Find Whisper Memos in the widget list and add it.
5. Tap Done to save.

How it works

Once the widget is on your lock screen, just tap it. Whisper Memos opens directly into recording mode. Your idea is captured in seconds.

This is perfect for those moments when you wake up with an idea, or when you're walking and need to capture a thought before it disappears.
