"Whisper Memo is a simple, easy-to-use app. I have it on my Lock Screen and Apple Watch. One quick press and you’re recording whatever you wish. Then, the message is translated to text and shows up in your email. It’s great for reminders, shopping lists, etc. Apple’s recording app is good too but this app handles transcibing your audio messages."
