If I think of a note for an agenda item, I can set to Notion to put it on my next meeting agenda notes. Do I have something I need my husband to take care of? I can put a key phrase in the message and an email is sent to him instead of me. Absolutely love what you can do with this."

"Whisper Memos has got to be one of the best apps I've ever installed on my iPhone, period. It has become indispensable to me since I started using it a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if the way you think is similar to my thought process, but I often have an idea that flashes into my mind, and by the time I open the appropriate app to record my ideas, another idea or some distraction causes my idea to disappear, and it's too late to record it. However, with Whisper Memos, both for the iPhone and Apple Watch, my ideas can be recorded instantly and sent to my email inbox, where I can later distribute these ideas and tasks in the appropriate app at my leisure. You can also ask Whisper Memos to remind you about your idea or task and it will then appear on your iPhone lock screen until you process and delete it. I place a high value on the fleeting and often unrecoverable ideas and tasks that come to mind, and forgetting them almost as quickly as they appear in my mind happens all too frequently, and often when it is not convenient to find and open the appropriate app on my iPhone. The Apple Watch integration is especially valuable to me, as I only have to tap once on the Whisper Memos complication that lives on my Apple Watch screen and it starts recording instantly, and then stops recording with a single tap on my Apple Watch screen. Whisper Memos is a subscription-based product, and I know that bothers some people. However, the app is in active development, and the developer is very responsive to users. In my opinion, Whisper Memos is definitely worth the annual subscription price, especially when you calculate how little it will cost you per month. I highly recommend Whisper Memos."

"I stumbled upon the Whisper Memos app while researching everyday tools on a Reddit post, and I’m truly thankful for discovering it. This app has become an essential part of my daily routine. Currently, I have Whisper Memos set to send my transcriptions directly to the inbox on one of my Trello boards, making organization a breeze. I rely on this app for notating my thoughts and currently use it to dictate content for my new blog and upcoming book. I can’t imagine how I managed before using this app. Compared to other dictation apps, Whisper Memos surpasses them in accuracy. It’s evident that the creators value feedback, as they’ve incorporated many user suggestions into the app’s development. It’s reassuring to know that they’re committed to improving and expanding the product. While the 15-minute recording limit works for my current needs, it would be beneficial to have the option to extend it to 30 minutes or an hour, especially for recording meeting notes. Additionally, having the ability to pause recordings and approve or confirm messages before they’re sent would enhance the user experience. One feature I’d appreciate is a lifetime purchase option. While I understand the appeal of subscription models, I prefer the simplicity of a one-time payment for full access to the app. Overall, I’m grateful for Whisper Memos and the time and effort put into its development. "The developer behind this is super responsive, this was an app I thought about developing just for my personal use and then found exactly what I wanted in this app! Best feature is the compatibility with apple watch and one click recording. It sends you an email with your transcript right to your email. One useful feature would be to have the original recording preserved in the app just in case whisper transcribes something faulty, otherwise amazing!"
